Thanks to increased competition over our limited inventory, multiple offer scenarios are becoming more common and contributing to price increases. The average sales price in Colleyville in 2019 was $564,607. In 2020, that number rose by 8.5% to $612,734. At the same time, average days on market dropped to 59 days in 2020, down from 75 days in 2019. These stats really add up when you are selling your largest financial asset.
